Saty healthy. at fruits and vegetables, especially things w/vitamins and iron. Try not to cry (really hurts ear somethimes) and don't blow your nose too hard. If you have a certain medicine, then take it as the doctor says. Stay healthy

Put a little peroxide in your ear, and tilt your head. Then tilt it so it comes out. That cleans your ears. When your ears are infected, their are natural oils that you can buy that you can put a few drops in your ear, and it will help your ear.

You probably just got water in your ear. With your sore throat and stuffy nose, you may need to go to the doctor anyway. Watch it for another day or two and if things don't improve or get worse, see your doctor.

Ear infections are usually secondary to a cold or flu. Preventing colds is the best way, proper handwashing, proper nutrition, not sharing food items with others. Hope this helps, you should see a doc for frequent infections.
