Off topic, as I watch the patient getting stitched up, I remembered getting stitches for shoulder surgery. I had stitches that ran from below where my colar bone meets the shoulder to the back of my shoulder. It was wild, they were not outside and individual stitches. It was one long stitch that ran from the front to the back, as mentioned. When removed, he cut one end and grabbed the other with pliers, then pulled. I could feel it run from my back to my chest. The wierdest sensation

I had this surgery done 3 days ago, have just taken the dressing off and the scar is tiny. It looks more like a shaving cut. I hope they got the whole sinus out

There are some surgeries you just can’t do on yourself.
Also, play some death metal in your next video. It’d be more fitting. -

Doctor, can you please share the measurements of the excised tissue? My Sx it was 1.4cm in diameter and 1cm thick. Is that average in your patients? My Sx was performed in Singapore also in Mt. E on Aug 2007. No sign of reoccurence.

Oh, I had this last year. Now I know what it was. But it wasn´t that worse and popped from alone, I thought it was just a mean zit. Can it come back?

At 7:25 there seems to be a tan seed-like structure to the immediate right of the incision you just made. When you excise more tissue it seems connected to more tan tissue. What is that?

these sinuses must have a second opening somewhere in the oropharynx or nasopharynx as the embryology dicates. i think the duct somewhere deep in the tissue should have been ligated.
